De acuerdo a los antecedentes técnicos que fueron entregados, se presentan las soluciones acústicas donde se considera el diseño, fabricación y montaje de silenciadores acústicos cilíndricos en las chimeneas de descarga de los extractores de aire ubicados en el patio de la planta, y la instalación de una extensión específica de barrera acústica.
La finalidad es dar cumplimiento al Decreto Supremo 38/11 del MMA, en los puntos de inmisión sonora más cercanos, con los requerimientos mínimos de volúmenes y presión estáticos de aire para el funcionamiento nominal de la maquinaria antes nombrada.
El trabajo consistió en un levantamiento de información para realizar el detalle de la solución, diseñar el sistema constructivo, planimetría, fabricar los elementos para la sala insonorizada, montar en terreno la solución, logrando una baja significativa en las emisiones de ruido cumpliendo con la normativa vigente.
